Simply nothing to complain about, very nice stay. Spotlessly clean place with supper friendly staff. Good and magnificent spot close to all attractions within walking distance, the railway station and the center of Madrid. Also, near by including public transports.

Everything. good location, close to everything there is to see walking. comfortable, spacious room has a kitchen incorporated into the room but in a separate environment. bathroom and room with everything you need to feel at home. EXCELLENT cleaning in charge of Mrs. Elena, every day left amenities for both the bathroom and to take a rich coffee before leaving the hotel. EXCELLENT the guys at the reception: Barbara, Manuela, Daniel and Javier, requested to provide all necessary information to make our stay in Madrid more than pleasant. simple but immensely valuable courtesy detail: a notebook, key holder and most importantly a SWEET welcome card. IMMENSELY VALUABLE! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR AFFECTION. We will surely come back.
Nothing.

A modern, designer hotel in the heart of Madrid. The staff, always very friendly, offered us a superior room to the one we had hired located on the ground floor and which is actually a small duplex apartment. In the lower area there is a small kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa, a large flat TV and a bar. In the upper area (going up some original stairs but beware! to make a mistake) is the bedroom with a big bed, a huge wardrobe and a small bathroom.
Two points to improve, on the one hand the soundproofing that is conspicuous by its absence. Being on the ground floor you can hear everything and when we say everything, that's it, street and upper floors. And (although this is more subjective) the TV in the bedroom, very small, with white pixels!!! and located so low that from the bed was impossible to see at risk of catching stiff neck. You could say that that's what the big TV in the living room is for, but then you wouldn't have put one in the bedroom. . There is no parking but a few meters away there is a public one, obviously expensive even with the discount they give to hotel guests (25 ? per day)

The amenities here were really top-notch and the breakfast spread was both healthy and abundant. I especially loved the sweet and freshly squeezed orange juice – so refreshing! 🍊

Everything. It was definitely a pleasant surprise to meet this hotel, whole chain behind it. Room mate is, without a doubt, great alternative for accommodation, where the attention will be extraordinary from the first moment. atmosphere, decoration and rooms are modern and cozy. breakfast is very good, atmosphere throughout the hotel is very fresh. If we add to this that it is in the very centre of Madrid, it will really meet your expectations. Fact on the side. Check the chain's website, you'll see how their philosophy in line with the business model, makes Airbnb stop being a threat. Forgive the length and specificity, as a marketer and reputable consultant I ended up being more of a service vision analyst than a guest.
To stay only two days and leave so quickly for my next destination.

During our numerous trips to Madrid we have stayed at 3 different hotel and have found the Room Mate Laura the best one. Perfect location, right in the center of the city, within a minute walk to Puerta del Sol, main sightseeings, shopping centers. The hotel staff is the most friendly and helpful we've ever met. All speak very good English. Moreover, you will find lots of very pleasant unexpected 'surprises' like greeting note from your room maiden, daily weather forcast note, free apples in the lobby and others. Breakfast is also very good. Will definetely book this hotel on our next stay in Madrid!!

We're still fresh from Madrid but would love to return again. Room Mate Laura was super cool, relaxing, comfy and friendly. The people at reception were ultra helpful and even recommended some great restaurants nearby when we asked. Luca the Italian receptionist was exceptionally nice and friendly. Also multi lingual which is rare in Madrid. The position of the hotel was so central that up until the last day we were surprised when we realised that Palacio Real was just a couple of minutes away! The restaurants were so close that we'd be dining and then back at the hotel in under five minutes. I could go on and on but then readers will think I own the hotel or something when nothing could be further from the truth. Last thing, Madrid is a total star!
